With the accelerated process of internationalization of the RMB,the constructionof offshore financial centers is increasingly becoming the strategic needs of nationaldevelopment.For now, offshore finance on a significant role in promotingstate-owned,the development of offshore financial centers can not only optimize theallocation of financial resources,accelerate financial innovation,promote a rapiddevelopment of China’s national economy,but also makes the cost of capitalreduction worldwide,gradually formed a high-speed flow of funds flow system,international trade has greatly promoted the development of production andinternational,therefore,to promote the development of offshore financial centers hasbecome a trend.However, at this stage, our country is still on the operating mechanism tofurther explore offshore financial centers, especially in run rate mechanism alsorequires further study. In the development of offshore financial centers and we alsosee the risks faced. The development of China’s financial system is not perfect,constraints still more; With the further opening of China’s financial trends andfinancial globalization, China faces the risk of international capital mobility can notbe ignored. We should actively learn from the experience of international offshorefinancial center, according to China’s national conditions, consistent with China’sconstruction of offshore financial centers.This paper introduces the basic situation of the international offshore financialcenter, and then describes the current situation of China’s development of offshorefinancial interest in the operating mechanism were analyzed, and based on currenteconomic developments and learn from international offshore financial experiencecenter construction, proposed the construction of offshore financial centersrecommendations.
