Abstract


Tourism conflict is the important factor effecting tourism’s harmonious development. There are two parts in the paper. The first part studies the document and theory about tourism conflict. Stakeholder theory, residents’ perception to tourism and phases of tourism’s development theory are analyzed as the main theory.The second part takes Laoshan Scenic Spot as example study, with the field investigation and the analyses of the development’s courses of Laoshan Scenic Spot and management method, the paper analyzes the main stakeholders and the tourism conflicts among them. Tourism conflicts are the conflict between management department and residents, the conflict between management department and business men, the conflict between tourists and business men, the conflict between tourists and residents and other tourism conflicts. The general reasons are different interests and requirements; the special reasons in Laoshan Scenic Spot are the administration’s management authority and operating authority, residents’and business men’s requirements can’t be satisfied, bad effect of tourism development. At the end, the paper brings up six methods, these are making sure the position of every stakeholder, building up the machine-processed to express requirements, making the compensation perfect, setting up the fitness machine-processed to share the interests, letting everyone participate tourism, supervising to every stakeholder.
