Abstract


The new employee is an important part of the core competence and new force oforganizations in the future.The time that the new employees take to adapt theorganization is called the process of organizational socialization process of the newemployees.Whether the new employee achieve organizational socialization smoothlyis related to cost management of the organization and management efficiency,so moreand more organizations attaches great importance to new employee’s organizationalsocialization.Based on the analysis of relevant literature, I compiled the the newemployees’ organizational socialization content questionnaire in light of variousinterviews and open questionnaire investigations.By way of questionnaire, I analyzedthe new employees’ organizational socialization also took various experiments.Finally, I came to such conclusions as follows:1)The new employee organizational socialization can be valued in fourperspectives, organizational culture role clarification、interpersonal relationships andorganizational politics.2)The different demographic and histological variables of new employees’differences on organizational socialization.3)The initiative and internal control had positive effects on the new employeesof the organization socialization,external control has a negative effect onorganizational socialization,organizational socialization tactics has positive effects onnew employees of the organization socialization.4)The new staff four dimensions of organizational socialization has positiveinfluence on job satisfaction and job performance,has a negative effect on turnoverintention.5)The group guidance to train the new employees has a positive role for newemployees’ organizational socialization level.
