Abstract


This paper mainly study the effect of administrative law enforcement , Discovery and Exploration of the plight of the effect in the process of administrative law enforcement run analysis of the specific reasons that hinder the improvement of administrative law enforcement effects , and improve the administrative law enforcement effects in the final proposed specific strategies and measures recommended , optimize and enhance the level of administrative law enforcement . It can be said that the effect of administrative law enforcement problem is the administrative enforcement action is justified and effective running of critical evaluation and basic standards , the significance of the specific effects of the administrative law enforcement in that it directly determines the overall performance of the system of administrative law enforcement play . Along with the constant improvement of the socialist rule of law in China , and a comprehensive social transformation , since the reform and opening up , to improve the effect of administrative law enforcement has made great achievements , but there are still deep-seated problems that can not be ignored in the practice of administrative law enforcement effects . Promoting administration according to the situation in the construction of the rule of law in the Government's request , in the building of a harmonious society , we must study and explore the contradictions and problems existing in the administrative law enforcement effects analysis to improve administrative effectiveness predicament facing more and stifle , and this is based on active and take the initiative to find suitable for the actual situation and the operability of the perfect countermeasures and path , in order to improve the level of administrative law enforcement . This is not only an important research topic of the administrative rule of law , it is an urgent task and requirements in the rule of law and the administration of the government .
