Abstract

In recent years, juvenile crime has become a concern in all aspects of a social problem. Juvenile delinquency in the criminal members of a younger age, type of crime diversified forms of crime gangs, modus operandi adult, intelligent presented on the basis of new features. The article discusses the concept of crime to minors is defined as the starting point, pointed out the characteristics of juvenile delinquency, in-depth analysis of the causes of juvenile delinquency music, and on this basis proposed juvenile crime prevention measures. The article is divided into three parts to address this problem, in the first part first define the concept of juvenile delinquency, juvenile delinquency that means: 18 years of age with a danger to society and should be subject to criminal penalties for violations person criminal acts. Then analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency: (a) their own reasons. On this basis, this section further explores the formation of juvenile criminal personality characteristics, further studies minors process of formation of personality, personality traits minors temporary mainly as follows: transition; turbulent nature; plasticity . The third part presents juvenile crime prevention measures. Including: (a) improve their minors; (two) optimize social atmosphere, increase market management efforts; (three) as soon as possible and improve the school education system; (four) to strengthen grassroots organizations and relevant national authorities to minors people management. Neighborhood committees, village committees should be concerned and do a good job of minors management, criminal personality corrective main line, implement the right psychological guidance, guidance, attention floating population of juvenile delinquency; (five) to improve the quality of the parents to improve family education; (six) proposed to strengthen the legislation. Strict accordance with the law, and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors, to strengthen legal advocacy, social responsibility, and strengthen visit admonishing, and practical extension services, the criminal stain elimination system, and actively explore the establishment and improvement of the judicial system with Chinese characteristics minors
