Abstract


As an important part of the purchasing management, the supplier management is a headspring to reduce total cost of purchase and enhance core competitiveness of enterprises. In order to ensure the continuation of production activities, supplier screening, identification and evaluation are top priority procurement in supplier management.In this paper, it starts with related concepts and theory of the supplier selection and evaluation, evaluation of standards and technologies. Based on analysis of KB’s existing supplier selection and evaluation system and the existing problems, the paper apply relevant theory with KB The Company’s actual situation to optimize the KB’s supplier selection and evaluation system from the criteria, institutional arrangements and processes. The paper proposed supplier selection and evaluation of the optimization objective, and defined the principle of selection and evaluation, selection and evaluation in the establishment of standards, quality assurance capability, continuous availability, price, service, research and development capabilities and financial ability as the optimized KB Corporation vendor selection and evaluation indicators system, the corresponding scoring standard were established in the standards. In the selection and evaluation of indicators to set the weights, according to the different types supplier to set a different weight. In the optimization scheme, the supplier selection and evaluation of the institutions of the restructuring, the process is optimized, and select and evaluate the proposed model. Finally, from the organization and implementation, expected results and continuous improvement of supplier selection three pairs of KB’s supplier selection and evaluation system for the implementation of their effects were discussed.In this paper, the KB company supplier selection and evaluation of the optimal design, not only can effectively solve the current KB’s supplier selection and evaluation of system problems, contribute to achieving the KB’s supplier management targets, and the domestic similar to the SME supplier management practices have a certain significance.
