Abstract


Contemporary , natural resource scarcity and deterioration of ecological environment has become a serious bottleneck restricting the development of the world economy . Ours is a relative shortage of resources countries , the traditional mode of economic growth has overwhelmed the environment and resources , so that natural ecosystems tend to collapse. It is in this context that our party proposed construction of a conservation -oriented society 's strategic objectives. Resource-saving society is a society to support the goal of sustainable development , natural resource- efficient recycling as the core , in the production , distribution, consumption and other areas through the adoption of economic, technological , legal, administrative and moral integrated administrative measures to improve the efficiency of resource use , in order to achieve optimal economic and social interests of the social system . This article from the economic philosophy of sight , the use of value analysis method described saving society features, structure and function , revealing the conservation-oriented society as a standard of value is saving society. Further digging embedded in saving society 's values ??, perspective at the request of such values ??should be achieved by the value of requirements and value targets , and on this basis, that the way to realize its value .
