Abstract


The article describes the problems of political modernization, identified patterns of transition in the field of administrative reform of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The analysis of long-term development of the state proclaimed by President Nursultan Nazarbayev, "Kazakhstan-2030" and other development plans and action programs of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the near future. At the same time, presents the main structural reforms of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan:A new model of government: reduction and optimization cumbersome directives, sectoral management structure, improve the civil service system and the introduction of standards for the provision of public services.Administrative system reform has become a important feature of the world’s political reforms, constantly improve national institutions in accordance with the requirements of the times, through the administrative system reform research this topic is very important for modern needs, the development of our country.
