Abstract

In this paper, brewer's yeast and glial Bacillus as adsorbent, to observe the microstructure, measuring cell growth curve and Cd 2 , Zn 2 tolerability curve, revealing their biological characteristics; explore pH, time, temperature, ion concentration, adsorbent concentration on biosorption Cd 2 , Zn 2 , and the impact of These factors influence the size and adsorption of the best experimental conditions; bacteria in the study on Cd 2 and Zn 2 on the basis of the adsorption characteristics by scanning electron microscopy, energy spectral analysis, cell pretreatment experiments to explore its possible adsorption mechanism; obtained in this experiment, the optimal experimental conditions, wastewater treatment, water commonly investigated Ca 2 , Mg 2 and other metals on the brewer's yeast and glial Bacillus adsorbed Cd 2 and Zn 2 of influence, and to understand absorption experiments, easy adsorbent Reusing and recycling heavy metals. The brewer's yeast and cultured glial bacillus were inoculated into different concentrations Cd 2 , Zn 2 medium, cell growth measured OD values ??plotted growth curve. Experiments show that: in YPD medium, beer yeast culture into the logarithmic phase 14h, 48h achieve maximum biomass; glial bacillus enters the logarithmic phase 48h, 96h achieve maximum biomass. Cell tolerance experiments showed that: the biggest brewer's yeast Cd 2 tolerated concentration 70 mg · L -1 , the largest Zn 2 tolerated concentration 100 mg · L -1 ; glial Bacillus maximum Cd 2 tolerated concentration 70mg · L -1 , the largest Zn 2 tolerated concentration of 110 mg · L -1 . Single factor and orthogonal design method of combining, effects of temperature, pH, adsorption time, the cell dosage, initial Cd 2 and Zn 2 concentration on Saccharomyces cerevisiae and glial Bacillus adsorption Cd 2 and Zn 2 of. The results showed that: optimum adsorption conditions 1% NaOH pretreatment, adsorption time 1h, pH 6.00, temperature 30 ℃. Water common Ca 2 , Mg 2 and other interfering little obvious effect of other heavy metal ion interference, dilute HCl desorption rate of desorption solution to do, can be used for secondary adsorption and desorption effects and HCl concentration.
