Star miktoarm copolyisoprene-polybutadiene [S-(PI)_n-(PB_)n] and copolybutadiene-poly(styrene/butadiene) rubber [S-(PB)_n-(PSB)_n] were synthesized by "arm-first" method and "core-first" method subsequently with n-BuLi as initiator, THF and PMDETA as polar additive and DVB as coupling agent. The results showed that the coupling efficiency could be approach 70% when isoprene participated in coupling and average arm number of star polyisoprene is 3 to 4 with [DVB]/[Li] equaling one. The total arm number doubled after butadiene and styrene-ran-butadiene propagated in the Star polyisoprene lithium and in the Star polybutadiene lithium respectively with the GPC trace showing a symmetrical mono-modal distribution. The content of 3,4-structure of polyisoprene and 1,2-structure of polybutadiene could be regulated between 8%～30% and 11～63% by content of THF or PMDETA.The results of ~1H-NMR, DSC and the physic-mechanical properties showed: There was no the microdomain between PI and PB and there was only one Tg. The physic-mechanical properties of S-(PI)_n-(PB)_n and S-(PB)_n-(PSB)_n were determined as: tensile strength <16MPa, tgδof Star-shaped miktoarm SIBR at 0℃reached 0.105, tgδat 60℃was below 0.056.
