Abstract


In this paper , we use model -based the ideal MHD presentation (s, α) tokamak to study the basic properties of the α-TAE (α-induced toroidal Alfven eigenmode) negative magnetic shear . Negative magnetic shear , of the basic image of the α -TAE and its capture by the potential well structure and the the the eigenmodes structure obtained in the positive magnetic shear contrast, found that these two cases the eigenmodes structure there are some differences due to the evolution of different potential well ; dissipation is very small , if the injection of high energy particles α-TAE excitation , this mode will be difficult to dissipate will become an unstable mode . Α-TAE ring effect formed TAE comparison and found that α-TAE can be independent of the Alfvén continuous spectrum gap exists, can not be continuous spectrum dissipated . Through the mobilization of the parameters to control the change in the potential well to examine the impact of each variable on the eigenmodes and eigenfrequencies . Found that the α-TAE eigenfrequency appear outside of the frequency range of the gap from another aspect , the α-TAE can be independent of the Alfvén continuous spectrum gap exists ; with reference to the actual test specific device ( D III- D ) parameters and the test data obtained to obtain the α-TAE conclusions that may exist within the parameter of the experimental apparatus .
