Abstract


The continuous development of economic globalization has led the world to the increasingly close contacts between the countries . In this case , the treaty has gradually become one of the most important legal instruments of countries in international exchanges . China since the implementation of the opening-up policy , the conclusion of , and participation in international treaties gradually increased. Especially in the field of private international law . The text of this paper is divided into three parts . The first part an overview of the concept of international treaties , features, effectiveness , summarized and analyzed the characteristics of private international law treaties , scope, classification . From a theoretical point of view , the second part of the analysis of the basic problems of private international law treaties applicable in the country , including : the basic principles of the relationship between international law and domestic law , international treaties applicable in the country as well as the effectiveness of conflict , followed by a comparative analysis of private international law treaty in the domestic application of the basic ways . The third part is based on the situation of our country , and legislative practice and judicial practice , the basic situation of private international law treaties applicable in the domestic visits to discuss three main issues of private international law treaties applicable in our country exist and try to improve on the application of the treaty system in China has made ??several references recommendations .
