Abstract

In this paper ship near-field non-contact underwater explosion protection issues as research background, to consider near-field underwater explosion shock wave in the structure during the bubble phase of the impact of sports and other loads, analyzes and summarizes the four kinds of non-sandwich structure in the near field contact with underwater explosion loads the dynamic response of the law, and the introduction of small surface ships Broadside protection design, suggest improvements to the existing protective structures for ship protection design provides a new idea. Firstly, since World War II warship traditional protective structures have been described and summarized, respectively, are based on planar shock wave relations, Newton's laws of motion and shock dynamics theory, the water tanks in the side compartment structure on an air shock loads protective mechanism, close to blast loading broadside protective tank dynamic response and bilge tanks against shock loads and correct response to a summary, the analysis results on the ship structure has a certain reference value for blast-resistant design. After analyzing and summarizing, recognizing protection in the form of traditional structural protection for small and medium surface ships is impossible to achieve the design must be other ways to improve. Secondly, in the underwater explosion numerical simulation of flow characteristics in this paper based on the equation of state and the explosion theory, the existing water Gruneisen equation of state parameter is modified, pointing out that the shock wave velocity and particle velocity than the linear fit of the three fitting more effective, and Gruneisen coefficient curve of water Hugonoit were discussed, the ball burst through free issues deepwater gas field back underwater explosion clamped square plate dynamic response problems Numerical simulations in this paper the validity of correction parameters taken The new Gruneisen parameters to better reflect near-field underwater explosion flow field characteristics. Finally, application of multi-material coupled finite element method to simulate underwater explosion experiments compared the SPS, SPS verified antiknock performance. On this basis, analyzes and compares the quality of equivalent square hole honeycomb sandwich panels, corrugated sandwich panels sandwich panels and grille two kinds of thick and thin two kinds of four kinds of SPS sandwich structure in the near-field non-contact underwater explosion the dynamic response characteristics. The results show that, SPS in the resistance to deformation, energy absorption characteristics and maintain structural integrity aspects are an advantage, is the optimal structural performance sandwich panels. On this basis, this article will introduce small surface warship SPS Broadside protective structure is proposed to improve ship broadside contact explosion of new structural design.
