Abstract

120 Duroc×Piglet crossbred growing weaning piglets that aged about 21d were selected and randomly allocated into four groups (30h/group) to conduct the experiment, the treatments include the control, supplementation of 0.2% blend of enzyme, supplementation of 0.2% probiotics, and supplementation of 0.2% compound enzyme + 0.2% probiotics, the experiment was lasted 30d. The results shown, the average daily gain of the control and the treatments were 290g, 343g, 348g, and 381g respectively, in contrast to the control, the treatments increase by 18.28% (343g:290g, P <0.05), 20% (348g:290g, P <0.05 ), and 31.38% (381g:290g, P <0.01). The treatment III was the best one. The treatment III higher than treatment I by 11.08% (381g:343g, P<0.05, higher than treatment II by 10.95% (381g:348g, P<0.05) , There was no significant difference between experiment I and experiment II(P>0.05); the ratio of feed to gain for the three treatments were 2.02, 2.01,1.90 respectively, treatment III was the best one. in contrast to the control, the ratios of feed to gain increase by 11.08% (381g:343g, P <0.05), 10.95% (381g:348g, P <0.05) respectively. However there was no significant difference between treatment I and treatment II (P> 0.05);The diarrhea probabilities of the the three treatments were 30%, 30%, and 10%, compared with the control, they decrease by 40, 40, and 60 percentage, the treatment III was the best one. Per kg gain cost of the three treatments were 4.4 yuan, 4.4 yuan, and 4.31 yuan respectively, compared with the control, they decrease by 0.45 yuan (4.4 yuan:4.85 yuan), 0.45 yuan (4.4 yuan:4.85 yuan) , and 0.54 yuan (4.31 yuan:4.85 yuan) respectively.Based on the above results, it could be concluded that all the supplementation of blend of enzyme , Probiotics, and blend of enzyme+Probiotics could increase average daily gain, feed conversion rate, decrease probability of diarrhea, cost of feed, and the 0.2% blend enzyme +0.2% Probiotics was the best one. The technique of supplementation of 0.2% blend enzyme+0.2% Probiotics was demonstrated the application in three pig farms in Tong ren city (Huanbei pig farm, Shuijinge pig farm, and Tenta pig farm in 100 sows, 200 litters, 2200 piglets). The results shown: the probability of diarrhea decrease by 20% (15%: 35%) , the survival rate increase by 2.35% (99%:96.65%) , the market rate weight increase by 2.0kg (17.0:15.0) , piglet efficiency increase by 35.2 yuan (305.7:270.5) .It showed that supplementation of 0.2% blend enzyme +0.2% Probiotics increase piglet efficiency, it was the the technique that is worth of demonstration.
