The world today is facing two major trends in information technology , globalization . The information infrastructure upgrades and the rapid development of information technology , knowledge production , storage , sharing and use of more technically feasible , economically more cost-effective . The configuration of the various elements in the economic activity , the combination would be more reasonable and effective . Affected by this economic environment , the knowledge-based talent competition between enterprises , more and more intense , even its talent management has also become one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of enterprises in the information age , knowledge-based enterprises , employees the relatively high level of knowledge is a new type of work by contemporary groups . Knowledge worker has a distinct personality traits and knowledge workers in the personal traits , psychological needs and behavior , human resources management mode in their body showing adaptability There is an urgent need to enterprises in the knowledge-based staff management , continuous exploration and innovation . In this background , this paper through the use of literature and practice survey will be a combination of qualitative and quantitative research , development and the challenges facing described the status of human resources management in a knowledge-based enterprises . Papers as an entry point to how to accomplish the goals of the strategic planning of human resources as a basis for scientific human resource management theory to analyze the characteristics of knowledge workers , and their training , appraisal , remuneration , career management specification design . I hope by this management strategy , on the one hand, can inspire employees to play to their potential and enthusiasm for work ; the other hand , can also form a good working atmosphere within the enterprise , enhance the overall cohesion , so to maintain our competitive edge in the fierce market competition .
