Abstract


As an emergent industry at the end of the last century, service outsourcing has become the trend for the new round of global industrial revolution and industrial transfer. service outsourcing industry featured by high content of added value, low consumption of resources, little environmental pollution and rise of employment opportunities, will not only be adapted to the aim of Blue economic zone and the characteristics of Qingdao’s factor endowment, but also be helpful to change the current situation of Qingdao’s modern service industry and create favorable conditions for the further development of manufacturing industry. Hence, to develop international service outsourcing industry has become the inevitable choice for Qingdao to seize historical opportunities and maintain competitive edges.This paper start from the regular patter of international industry transfer and analyze the reason and the effect of the international service outsourcing by combining the classical international division of labor theory. And then the author focuses on the current situation of the international service outsourcing. By the analysis of the history of Indian service outsourcing, the author provides some ideas for the further development of Qingdao’s service outsourcing. Then the domestic situation of service outsourcing has also been analyzed.
