Abstract


With the growing popularity of the Internet and the bank itself vigorously promote the business development of China 's online banking is rapidly becoming an important channel for individuals and businesses access to financial services . At present , China's banks almost all online banking, online banking customers in recent years, the number of rapid growth , a lot of customers to accept online banking service . From the development trend of China 's online banking service levels have been gradually moving closer to the international level and in line . Nevertheless, in recent years reflect the view of data and customers of online banking , compared with developed countries , China's online banking is widespread concern in the security , ease of use and product features customers deficiencies . In this thesis through research on the situation and development direction of domestic and international online banking , online banking requires a secure , easy-to-use and functional diversification of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank online banking security , ease of use and product features three problems were analyzed , and combined with the development of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank strategic planning, optimization improvement program for online banking . At the same time , the optimization program implemented in the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank online banking has achieved very good results. Finally , the paper proposes a follow-up recommendations for improvement as the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank online banking development , aimed at the Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank 's online banking will get more clients of all ages and the use of part of the customers ' daily lives .
