Abstract


During the economic restructuring period,the enterprises pay more and more attcution to the management of optimization of supply-chain to redecing the cost of operation.The competition of the enterprises is equivalent to the competition of supply-chain. The performance of supply-chain directly affects the survival of enterprises.Inventory control is a key component of supply chain management.In order to enhance economic efficiency, enterprises try many new inventory control models Speed up inventory turnover and lower inventory costs, under the supply-chain environment.In this article, the author introduced a contents of supply-chain-management and research methods of inventory control first, and then introduce the production characteristics of F pump corporation.As growing of the enterprises, the old inventory management model no longer meet the production and operation, and a variety of inventory management problems appeared.In order to find the problems of the current inventory control and proof them,the author diagnosised and analysised the inventory management situation of F pump corporation under the supply-chain environment.First, in the enterprise internal management level, The MJO model was introduced to optimize the production process and achieve the balace of production and material inventory;Secondly, the project organization----inventory management department was added to normative and unified the management goal of the inventory control;thirdly, the ABC analysis was used to optimize inventory control manage all sidely. And then, With base of“The basic EOQ model”, according to the different feature of inventory of procuction, the author improved the inventory control made of not-allowed and allowed the supply shortage differently. At last, the author introduced the "Inventory control model of allowing stock based on the JIT purchase" to achieve the middle-made-production inventory optimization, and setted the Safety stock (ss) and Reorder point (ROP).On the field of the supplier management, the author put forward to suppliers-coordination-mechanism and JIT-purchasing-mechanism with supply-chain collaboration at Supplier management level.And put forward the delivery time operation model based on the JIT-purchasing-mechanism to solve the " Procurement lead time " problem in the supply Casting.The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied by solving practical problems through inventory control theory. It has a certain reference value to the inventory management of pump manufacturing factories, and otherwise has reference significance to inventory management of manufacturing enterprises.
