Abstract


[Objective] To the lower cervical spine (C 3 to C 5 < / sub >) application anatomic data provided by the pedicle screw fixation . 【Methods 】 The vernier caliper and protractor on the herbarium C of 10 adult cervical 3 C 4 < / sub > C 5 < / sub > pedicle height , width length , the angle of the axis of anatomical measurements to observe the position of the needle points and calculate the mean and standard deviation of the measured values ??of the left and right side of the pedicle each segment were statistically analyzed . [ Results ] C 3 narrow pedicle on subcortical height, width , respectively, 6.18 ± 0.45mm and 4.75 ± 0.38mm; axis length , the length of the bony spinal 29.52 ± 1.48 mm and 14.86 ± 0.89 mm; inclination lost like angle of 40.02 ° ± 3.25 ° and 7.56 ° ± 1.89 ° , respectively ; C pedicle narrow upper and lower cortical height , width , respectively, 6.68 ± 1.28mm and 5.77 ± 1.21mm; axis length, the length of the bony spinal canal were 30.27 ± 1.28 mm and 15.58 ± 1.67 mm ; inclination, lost -shaped angle 42.24 ° ± 2.67 ° and 3.96 ° ± 1.42 ° , respectively. ; the C5 pedicle narrow the height of the upper and lower cortical width were 6.92 ± 0.62mm and 5.88 ± 0.86mm: axis length, the length of the bony spinal canal were 29.21 ± 1.96mm and 15.76 ± 1.26mm: inclination , lost like angle were 45.47 ± 2.35 ° ° and 2.21 ± 1.65 ° . [Conclusion] cervical pedicle anatomy of individual variation , and thus should be individualized on the basis of pedicle screws .
