Abstract


Relationship between central and local Chinese rulers is an important issue , history has lessons . In this paper, back out before the relationship between central and local governments on the basis of the consolidation focuses on Ming dynasties ruled strengthen imperial power, three Secretaries of the administrative system in place on the camp where the Governor visited the governor and the evolution of the local real high officials , governors form a unique system, strengthen and adjust the relationship between the central and local . Finally out of the world, governors was first established in Xuande to Jiajing gradually as customized system has undergone governors generation, development and disorders of the process in which power is also from weak to strong , the role will also increase accordingly , from weak to strong showing and then weak variation , this article attempts by governors caused by the change of power and the role of the changing relationship between central and local research , to analyze the characteristics of the Ming dynasty politics . In this paper, materialism as a guide, take full advantage of the Ming Dynasty books, historical data and results of previous studies , a realistic scientific attitude towards the governors system generation, development , authority to make changes in a more comprehensive analysis and study , and thus the Ming Ming dynasty governors system and central-local relations have a more clear understanding.
