Abstract


The myth stems from the chaos unknown childhood of human, following with humanity’s history development. Along with the high technology development, movie and television enter people’s lives, which brings the new turning point for the modern dissemination of myth. Since the 1980s, the myth theme opera has presented on the screen, and rapidly expanded. The paper attempts to comb the development of Chinese myth theme opera from the analysis of some myth theme opera cases, to analyze the story type of myth theme operas, narrative strategy, structure strategy in narrative artistic aspect; to explore the esthetics spirit of romanticism, the magic realism and the postmodernism in esthetics style aspect; Finally, develops irritably facing the current development of myth theme operas, to seek for way to the further development of myth theme opera.
