Abstract


In recent years , China's corruption -prone countries continue to increase the punishment to corruption has not fundamentally been contained , but also presents the growth and spread of the trend . This explains the process on corruption in China there are some places is not perfect , as the political system is imperfect , imperfect legal system the supervision mechanism may not be implemented , such as , that China 's anti-corruption on the one hand is in a perfect period through these issues , there are more long way to go ; On the other hand , the history of anti-corruption heralded China 's stage is the anti-corruption institution building from imperfect to mature a necessary process . I tried from the causes of corruption , corruption elaborated on China's economic , institutional , social and cultural harm , careful study and analysis , and our corrupt status quo . On the basis of summing up the extraterritorial developed countries and China's Hong Kong , the success of anti - corruption experience , intensive research and explore how effective prevention of corruption , which specifically includes : 1 . Establish and improve the supervision and control mechanism ; 2 . Strengthen anti-corruption legal system; 3 . strengthen the judicial fight against corruption efforts ; 4 . measures four aspects of innovation and technical means to combat corruption , in order to build an effective corruption prevention mechanisms , to achieve the purpose of source control and reduce corruption .
