Abstract


Sentencing is an important part of the activities of the criminal trial , is the ultimate expression of the criminal trial work . Sentencing injustices and imbalances , seriously affect the credibility of the judiciary and the authority of the referee . Currently, the Supreme People's Court in the country 's court sentencing standardization pilot , standardized sentencing system has become an urgent task of the judicial reform . Deep understanding and grasp of the relevant norms the sentencing of legal connotation of reading , analysis , compare domestic and foreign scholars on the writings of the sentencing , and trial practice and drawing on the latest judicial reform achievements , research on this topic . Sentencing imbalance status quo and to analyze the reasons for the imbalance of the sentencing on the need to establish standardized sentencing system ; research Sentencing Standards , the punishment fits the crime , sentencing procedures , sentencing mechanism by revealing the problems of the current sentencing system , scientific connotation the suggestion to establish standardized sentencing system .
