Abstract


The competition among enterprises all simmers down to a matter of competition among supply chains. The Choice and Evaluation of suppliers are critical concepts for supply chain management. Whether the enterprises can survive to a great extent depends on the capacity of suppliers. The Choice and cooperation are focal points of supply chain management.The elevator manufacturing industry in China is dominanted by foreign-funded enterprises. The national elevator manufacturing enterprise needs the corporation in the fields of research and development with large suppliers which pretend to work with oreign-funded enterprises. In such circumstances, It is essential for national elevator manufacturing enterprises such as GR to choice and evaluat strategic suppliers.The thesis combines entropy weight method with improved TOPSIS to choice the strategic suppliers on basis of the analysis of suppliers management of GR and referencing to SEM. The following are the main innovations of this paper:1. advocate the use of entropy weight method to set up the weight coefficient of evaluation indicators.2. On the basis of summarizing the theories and methods of evaluating and choosing supplier, the author analyzes the factors and procedures when evaluating and choosing strategic cooperation supplier which has important effect on manufacturer, establishes the evaluating and choosing index system, sets up a decision-making model of choosing strategic cooperators by means of improved TOPSIS.3. Reference to theory of SEM (structural equation method ) to optimize the logic relationship between the indicators.
