Abstract


Non-marital cohabitation long time, but legal regulation is relatively slow , especially since the new century , along with the identity of the extensive development of the revolution , the new generation indulgent, non-marital cohabitation is coincides with their needs , and gradually was booming trend. However, a shortfall of private law be regulated sound legal guidance, is indeed unfortunate , therefore legislation is imminent. However, legislation has always been , when the first was theorists contend that this is not enough in our warm , shallow Hermit wisdom , the struggle is also a drop in the ocean . This paper is divided into three chapters to discuss how to build our country's system of non-marital cohabitation : Chapter Overview of non- marital cohabitation , the system introduces the concept of non-marital cohabitation , composition, classification, and the generation of non-marital cohabitation , development and social development causes . Full argument of this chapter is the prerequisite and foundation for the later construction of specific non-marital cohabitation regime as a foreshadowing . The second chapter is the main national and foreign non-marital cohabitation comparative analysis of legal regulation system , the main contents of this chapter : First, non- marital cohabitation various specific topics discussed in detail the system as the world's major countries of the similarities and differences between non-marital cohabitation regime ; thus comparing national system, the analysis of the essence of its institutions ; finally understand our system on the basis of non-marital cohabitation , elaborated on the Construction of China's new foreign institutional non-marital cohabitation regime revelation . This chapter is to build a system of non-marital cohabitation of reference . The third chapter is the system of non-marital cohabitation specific build, is the core part of this paper , firstly discusses the construction of non-marital cohabitation system without the necessity ; Secondly, the analysis of the system to build the principles of non-marital cohabitation ( or methods ) ; final from nine discusses China should build non-marital cohabitation legal systems. Concluding section briefly summarizes the non-marital cohabitation research development status and trends, in order to encourage their colleagues and begging for deeper and more detailed study .
