Abstract


The Chinese Universities unions is voluntary mass organizations of the working class by the faculty and staff of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) , the ideological and political education of college trade union work is an important part of the work of the party's ideological and political education . Strengthen the ideological and political education of college unions under the new situation , to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college staff and minds of the 17th Party Congress , the \harmonious campus , harmonious society , and play an important role in the ideological and political work of trade unions , college unions bounden duties .
