Tangshan Municipal Women's and Children's Hospital and the Hospital of Tangshan City, a total of 117 pregnant women as research subjects , the use of RS-scan plantar pressure distribution of the test system and camera shooting method for data collection , access to different gestation enough women in the normal walking the bottom pressure partition kinetic parameters and lower limb kinematic parameters , and the use of a comprehensive analysis of statistical and biomechanical analysis of gait characteristics of pregnant women , plantar pressure studies in pregnant women fill the academic gaps and preliminary explore different gestation pregnant plantar pressure kinetic parameters and lower limb kinematics parameter variation , to summarize each pregnancy cycle pregnant women gait . The main conclusions : 1 . Pregnant women walking plantar District Phonak value normal plantar pressure partition Phonak value differences . Mainly : left foot plantar pressure Phonak maximum value of the area are mostly located in the foot central and heel outside of the right foot plantar pressure maximum peak force value area late in early pregnancy vary , respectively located in the foot with the outside of the second metatarsal foot central . Plantar partition impulse normal pregnant women walking also different so full the bottom partition impulse maximum value was the central part of the foot , while the normal walking foot central suffered less impulse . Pregnant women walk the District contact area of the plantar study found that foot central contact area , and walking around the contact area of the foot most of the region there are significant differences . 4 with the increase in the number of weeks of pregnancy , pregnant women step becomes gradually shorter, slower pace , the left and right foot support prolonged . Whether the exercise habits of the spatial and temporal parameters of pregnant women . Early pregnancy in late , instant ankle angle between the left and right foot , the knee angle and ankle angle away from the instant there are significant differences , this imbalance asymmetry , so pregnant women walking around shaking form its unique gait characteristics . 6. From tracking analysis pregnant women , every pregnant woman has its own characteristics , there are individual differences . But in general , with the increase in the cycle of pregnancy , pregnant women walking pace gradually slows feet when excessive varus-valgus and left and right foot pressure curve asymmetry characteristics .
