Abstract

Anterior cruciate ligament injury in the knee is one of the most common sports injuries serious sports injuries , anterior cruciate ligament injury seriously affect the movement and quality of life of patients . The anterior cruciate ligament injury factors of non-contact injury on international research results are not fully consistent . Non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injuries injury factors research is the only study of a particular action , and experimental study , action is not the same , which is likely to be caused by the main reason for these inconsistent findings a . Existing research shows that the \Cruciate ligament force before these actions affect biomechanical factors is likely to be different , thus the injury mechanisms and factors that are likely to be different . This study of 31 ordinary college students when making the operation of the emergency stop off \the following conclusions : 1. the maximum passive impact force by the body in the form of three sports men and women of both sexes showed no significant difference in the kinds of action and both sexes . 2 forms of exercise affect the human knee by the maximum passive force of impact factors song angle . 3 forms of exercise and movement forms and gender interaction factors affecting the maximum the passive impact force when the knee adduction abduction angle . Form of exercise and gender influence initiative kicking force factors for active kicking force corresponding numerical size from largest to smallest order is: episiotomy > emergency stop takeoff landing to pediment > emergency stop take-off ; women > men. Form of exercise and gender affect the human body by the maximum knee flexion angle factors active kicking force for the human body by the the active kicking force of knee flexion angle for the corresponding magnitude in descending order is : the emergency stop takeoff landing pediment > emergency stop takeoff > lateral ; males> females . 6 forms of exercise and gender influence factors in the human body by the angle of the the active kicking force knee adduction outreach .
