Abstract


Implementation of quality education is the need of China's socialist modernization cause. Practice has proved that one of the purposes of the ability to train both the quality of education is an important way for the implementation of quality education. Since 2001, our high school began to implement the reform of the system of physical education and health curriculum, the new curriculum reform to provide a new platform for PE education reform, and physical education reform to be implemented in each course. Therefore, the ability to culture is the focus of the curriculum reform. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other methods. Ball Course training students 'ability to construct, combined with the social requirements of the status quo on the students' ability to discover the characteristics of the Ball Course students ability. Students' abilities culture from Ball Course Analysis start explores the factors affecting Ball Course students ability, on this basis, the following conclusions: 1, Ball Curriculum Teaching in train students with the basic ability of teachers while the culture of the other capabilities of the students have not yet fully play the unique role of the Ball Courses. 2, the status quo the Ball Course on Developing Students' Ability includes the following aspects: (1) most of the teachers on the Ball Courses goal to understand more thorough students of Ball curriculum goals, abilities, ability to develop understanding of the importance of not comprehensive enough ; (2) the ball course in the teaching process focuses cultivate students' abilities and social requirements are not consistent with the past; (3) ball course in the teaching process, most of the teachers to implement curricular and curricular and teaching, only a small proportion of teachers of teaching combined; (4) Fujian College ball course in classroom teachers focused primarily on culture: organizational skills, the ability to apply technology skills of students below capacity, and difficulties in the ability to diagnose student learning, self-training ability, teaching measurement evaluation ability, practical ability and judgment; (5) the ball courses chosen by the teachers in the teaching process, teaching methods of the students ability to apply technology, practical ability, adaptability culture has played a good role; (6) Ball curriculum teachers in the choice of teaching methods, have begun to combine modern educational technology, and the application of of multimedia modern education technology. (7) ball course assessment methods focus too much on summative assessment, combined with less examination content and evaluation of student ability, is not conducive to the cultivation of students' abilities.
