Abstract

Objective in this study mainly through transvaginal color ultrasound, observation by the maternal decidua basalis in the harem of drug abortion cavity part of uterine spiral artery blood flow, identify the judge incomplete abortion ultrasound imaging of blood flow parameters, and comparison with the primipara, assisting obstetricians to early intervention in patients with incomplete abortion.Methods 1.Select stopped by days in 34-57 days (average 42 days) of normal uterus within pregnancy, I voluntary requirements using drug terminated pregnancy of health by maternal (drug flow or flow number≤3 times) 25 cases and health early maternal 20 cases,,stayed in hospital observation 6 h。2. used color diagnostic equipment of vaginal probe for general observation uterine, and pregnant size and double annex area and the pelvic situation, focusing on observation implantation parts of blood flow parameter, determines end of human decidual film organization of blood for State, furthermore select implantation parts blood flow explicit like best of a support spiral artery, measurement its RI value, and 15th days observation patients uterus within residues situation, statistics all group cases number, and while period early maternal early pregnant drug abortion uterine curettage within residues results for comparison.Results Discharge end of the day of gestation SAC decidua blood supply with class 4 performance parts:type I:no blood flow signals:Ⅱtype of star-shaped blood flow signal, spiral arteries RI=1; TypeⅢ:a short stick or short-blood flow signal, spiral arteries RI>0.6; TypeⅣ:dendritic or fireball-like flow signal, spiral arteries.RI≤0.6; Multiparous- typeⅠin 6 cases, of 10 cases of typeⅡ, typeⅢ-7cases, typeⅣin 2 cases.1.Multiparous intrauterine remnants:typeⅠno residues。TypeⅡ1 cases small amounts of residues within the uterus;Ⅲtype 1 cases small amounts of residues;Ⅳtype all residues.2.Multiparous 15th residues in the temple:21 cases (84%) no residues,2 cases (8%) small amounts of residues within the uterus 2 (8%) intrauterine remnants. Primipara 15th residues in the temple:17 cases (85%) no residues,2 cases (10%) small amounts of residues within theuterus, decidual tissue after a small amount of necrosis and inflammatory cells,1 cases(5%) after the Palace shows decidua, and part of the Chorion.Conclusion 1. Application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in detecting gestation SAC excluding date of decidua basalis parts of spiral arteries,RI values may be predicted by maternal medical abortion in early pregnancy outcome 2.And comparison of primipara residues in the harem of drug abortion and maternal no obvious statistical significance.。
