Abstract

Today's China, Higher Education rapid development of scale the highest in the world, college students, college enrollment rate has reached 23%. The rapid increase in the number of students and brought a series of problems in the development of higher education, the lack of teachers has become constraints bottleneck in the development of higher education to continue.
