Important material for the detection of uric acid, human chorionic gonadotropin, and peroxide of hydrogen and other life-sustaining activities is of great significance. Some traditional analytical methods, low sensitivity, operation cumbersome time-consuming, expensive instruments. For the design of these substances can be used for sensitive, simple, rapid and low-cost detection of electrochemical sensors have practical significance. In this thesis, the work includes: 1. Polycarbonate as template, using the combination of redox and solution diffusion prepared polypyrrole nanotubes and polypyrrole nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode prepared uric acid amperometric sensor, and The direct electrochemical determination of uric acid in human blood. Conditions such as pH, potential sensor measurement of uric acid. The results show that: in the potential of 0.60 V under the conditions, the sensor detects the uric acid in the linear range of 1.52 × 10 -6 -1.54 × 10 -3 mol / L, detected The lower limit of 3.02 × 10 -7 mol / L (Chapter 2); 2. glassy carbon electrode inserted into the mixed solution of gold chloride acid and chitosan, by co-deposition prepared gold - chitosan nano-composite film modified electrode, and successfully fixed with this composite film of human chorionic gonadotropin antibody, developed into a non-electronic media, human chorionic gonadotropin immunosensor. By electrochemical impedance, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry study of the production process and electrochemical characteristics of the immune sensor. Investigated the influence of the modified electrode in the process of antigen, antibody incubation time, pH value, temperature, and other conditions on the sensor performance. The sensor in the human chorionic gonadotropin for 0.2.100 mIU / mL range a good linear relationship, the detection limit of 0.1 mIU / mL. Experimental results show that: the method improves the fixed amount of antibody, enhanced sensitivity and stability of the sensor (Chapter 3); using cystamine self-assembly of gold nanowires and to adsorbed horseradish peroxidase ( HRP), prepared by the new electronic media hydrogen peroxide biosensor. The effects of pH, potential conditions of the sensor to measure the impact of hydrogen peroxide. The results showed that at pH 6.9, the potential of -0.11 V under the condition, the sensor detects the linear range of the hydrogen peroxide is 2.00 × 10 -4 -2.76 × 10 -2 mol / L. The sensor can be used for the determination of hydrogen peroxide in actual samples for the determination of hydrogen peroxide to provide a new means (Chapter 4).
