Abstract


E-government is the current focus of China 's information technology work , one of the core issues of administrative examination and approval procedures of government departments electronic network . Implementation of online approval will traditional office approval business processes larger challenge , a good online administrative examination and approval system , will effectively change the traditional administrative approval mode , which greatly improves the efficiency of the administrative examination and approval . In light of the above , in order to improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval , I combined the actual situation of the Qiannan State Administration of Taxation , through repeated demonstration, decided to adopt the method of object-oriented software engineering , advanced software development technology , improve the safety measures to construct a safe reliable , flexible and efficient , reusability , \The paper is mainly to solve the following problems : ( 1 ) the use of object-oriented languages ??, the use of B / S structure , three- run mode , the browser for the number of database and operating platform , to simplify the installation of the client , reducing software operation and maintenance costs , and make users more convenient ; ( 2 ) based on J2EE architecture using the concept of hierarchical design , the most common features reasonable split , allowing the system to facilitate the expansion and transplantation ; ③ WEB application database access particularity through the use of the connection pool technology , improve the efficiency of database access and performance of the entire application system ; ④ business workflow and role - based access control method used in database design and system design to solve the the program resource access control security problems. System achieve fully meet the needs of the Board played to promote and facilitate the realization of e-government and tax system . Now , the staff through the use of administrative examination and approval system , make full use of existing computer networks to achieve the approval information sharing and processing objects across space and time characteristics to achieve the standardization of administrative examination and approval , openness , efficiency , and fundamentally improve the departmental administration approval inefficient administrative processes , business models reconstructed to provide better conditions to improve the operational efficiency of the government departments .
