Abstract


In recent years, many departmengs with the continuous expansion of the departmental establishment, organization and personnel departments and personnel management will be the face width of the personnel management of the greater demand, with the " people-oriented" to highlight the concept of "person" organization and personnel departments have become the first elements of management, the development of the personnel management system is the organization and personnel departments of the urgent need. Personnel Management has always been the management of the organization and personnel departments important part, but because of complicated types of personnel information, the number of many traditional information management personnel will require a lot of manpower, material, and error-prone. Therefore, the establishment of efficient, practicalAnd scientific personnel management information systems, the modernization of the sector management, information technology an important step is to improve the efficiency of an important tool.In this paper, including needs analysis, system functions, system design, process design and the existence of problems, the more comprehensive introduction to the " organizational and personnel management information system, " the whole process of development issues.The system uses a small database management system software quality "VISUAL BASIC6.0" as a system development tools, databases using ACCESS. Research unit has been in the personnel management system analysis and system fully based on the argument developed, it is not only able to complete the Personnel Management’s basic operational requirements, such as " cadres to add and remove, any conditions of inquiry, basic statistics, printouts statements " and other functions; and have procedures reasonably designed, simple operation, reliable operation, confidentiality and strong features.
