Abstract


This thesis addresses some major problems of motor vehicle insurance system in China. Advantages and disadvantages of three principles to determine vehicle insurance rates are analyzed and compared. Suggestions to improve existing system of commercial motor vehicle insurance are proposed.Chapterâ…¡summarizes the principles, theory and practice of motor vehicle insurances home and abroad.Chapterâ…¢consists of several algorithms for determining the minimum deviation method, generalized linear model, kernel estimation method of data. The characteristics of three kinds of algorithms are discussed. The applicable ranges are studied in this chapter.In the fourth chapter, based on the main problems that exist in the China vehicle insurance system, a new motor vehicle insurance system framework is studied. To improve the existing system, it should be primarily to work in three areas: motor vehicle insurance database, the establishment of rates for determining the algorithm and implementation of the insurance company management.Finally, it is the conclusions and comments on the motor vehicle insurance of China.
