Abstract


With China's accession to the WTO , the degree of openness of the insurance market to increase , the insurance industry has entered a new historical stage , especially since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2007 , the survival and development of the property and casualty insurance companies even more severe , innovation in property insurance a more prominent role in the industry . Property and casualty insurance company how to grasp the innovative development of the law , to make themselves more an advantage in the fierce market competition environment . The goal of building a modern property insurance company should not be the pursuit of momentary innovative behavior, but continued efforts to enhance the ability to innovate . This study learned the outstanding achievements of the previous research based on enterprise innovation and enterprise innovation capability , is committed to broader and far-reaching the level of research the meaning and effect of the property and casualty insurance companies ability to innovate mechanism , enhance explore and cultivate property insurance companies ability to innovate ways . Property and casualty insurance company innovation is an inherent capacity of the organization , based on explicit and implicit knowledge exists in the form of staff , internal and external environment , external regulatory environment , market environment, the environmental integrity of the property innovation ability of the insurance company has a profound impact .
