Abstract


Commercial banks can make large benefit to themselves by way of developing agency business of merger and acquisition. Currently, there are both external driving force and internal strengths in Chinese commercial banks to develop agency business of merger and acquisition. Developing agency business of merger and acquisition by commercial banks, on one hand, opening-up pattern of finance and dominant trend of blended-business running mode appeal to finance creation urgently, great market demands for agency business and fast-developing capital market provides commercial bank opportunities; on the other hand, commercial banks are superior to competent personnel reputation, client resource, information resource and regional culture which are the in-fixed guarantee of promoting merger and acquisition business. In view of this, the paper analyses the common point of intermediary business and merger and acquisition business, so as to find organize model innovation. First of all, this paper studies the basic theories of intermediary business and merger and acquisition business, defines the concept, range and characteristics , and offer the theories background; secondly, discuss the feasibility from two different aspects, and meanwhile, compare the inner-bank with the outer-bank; Lastly, it put forward the way to organize model innovation so as to achieve the goal.
