Abstract


The sudden emergence of the corporate university and swept the world, the traditional material wealth creators increasingly become the suppliers of education of the labor force, or intellectual capital. Corporate universities directly drive the strategic needs of individual career development needs of employees and enterprises to remain competitive. Therefore, many companies began to establish their own corporate universities, the aim of learning programs more closely with actual business objectives and strategy in order to achieve the control and selection of staff learning content. This paper is divided into five parts, the root cause of the corporate university development status at home and abroad, the problems and possible suggestions and tried to Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College for the analysis of the case, the background created from the Institute, the education and training of the status quo, aspects of the problems and the corresponding recommendations in depth argumentation and analysis. The first part is an introduction, describes the research background and corporate universities role in the enterprise development. The university education and corporate traditional training environment of change, as well as from the perspective of the corporate university as defined many of the corporate university, based on research methods and research ideas. The second part of the definition of the concept of corporate universities in China, as well as corporate university has different characteristics relative to conventional universities and corporate training departments. A review of the corporate university in the course of the rise and development of our country and the world, the development of the corporate university is divided into three stages, focus on the present stage of corporate university development status and future trends. The third part based on the analysis of the status quo of China's development of corporate universities, raised six questions and six questions, including corporate culture, organizational development, curriculum design, teacher resources, training six aspects of outcomes and assessment standards. The fourth part of the problem for the third part to discuss countermeasures to promote the development of corporate universities in China, including: to develop a long-term development plan to adjust the effective organizational structure, improve the system of corporate university courses, to strengthen the functions of the corporate university, shaping corporate culture, and the formation of excellent teachers. The fifth part of our corporate university research based on a concrete analysis of the COSCO Group's Corporate University - Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College's development background, training status, problems and suggestions. Summary and Conclusion of the sixth part of the core theme of this article, pointed out deficiencies in the innovation of this paper and propose future research directions.
