Abstract

In recent years, the Foreign-funded enterprise technological innovation activities became the important component of our country’s technological innovation activities. Speaking of the Foreign-funded enterprise, in its technological innovation process the most important thing must be financing link, finances in the enterprise technological innovation life cycle holds the great importance the status. This article analyzed the financial present situation in the Foreign-funded enterprise technological innovation process, mainly compared with our country Commercial bank’s credit fund investment , by chance we can know the difference between Commercial bank funds circulation and risk capital’s utilization of risk, which can be used to explan technological innovation fund deficient reason, and this achievement introduction venture capital powerful basis. Through the contrastive analysis Foreign-funded enterprise technological innovation process and the venture capital operation process, seeks for both’s combining site, introduces the venture capital to the Foreign-funded enterprise technological innovation process in the feasibility to give the analysis. Uses the questionnaire survey procedure, obtains in the Foreign-funded enterprise technological innovation process the venture capital operation influencing factor, and makes the multianalysis to each factor, by this achievement establishment Foreign-funded enterprise technological innovation process in venture capital operation pattern risk monitoring point. In each stage, also selective analysis this stage has needed to complete the work, as well as to complete the detail which this work must pay attention, to be possible to supply the choice the way, the method and so on.
