Abstract

Help the government to respond to the development challenges of the various countries, a large number of international organizations, particularly the United Nations, which play an important role. To help the least developed countries (LDC) to achieve challenging goals such as the Millennium Development Goals (MDG), the development partners in the United Nations (DP) for the former to provide various forms of assistance. Especially in comparison with other types of development partners (bilateral organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGO)), the United Nations in providing high-level technical support and policy advice, as well as other forms or production and construction projects is considered an advantage. Loans or funds these projects can be funded, and improve local productivity, strengthen the government's effectiveness, and to help local people out of poverty.
