Abstract


It is obvious that to develop service government portal is more and more important than ever as a department of government. Government portal is considered as only e-government portal for service supplied, which takes many benefits. E-government of Administrative Service Center takes its system as an example to illustrate general structure and supervisor mode. E-government portal is not only information release terrace and transaction platform, but also the integration of knowledge process, strategic decision and acquisition. It makes shared information and communication fluent between officials, and enables interrelated people to make proper use of knowledge supply for executive decision based data mining and processing.The system development mainly applies to jsp+servlet+javabean language and netbeans6.5 surroundings, which fuctions are focus on network background and forward. The significant fuctions of network background are to add office staff, distribute permissions, input and release information, operate guidelines, modify password, Shout approval and the rest. The functions of forward are to acquire background news appeared as home page, Introduction, Leader of the, Institutional setup, News, Announcement,Online Consultation, Online Review, Forms, Subject to approval and search full text. The database is SQL Server2000.It display mode is one of themost popular e-government portals at present, which has perfect interface publishing and content showing.The thesis simply elaborates on java speculative knowledge, programming MVC structure and portion fuctions.My thesis finally makes simple analysis on completed system merits and improvements, giving a full summary and bright outlook.
