Abstract


As the Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information was formally implemented in 2008, it establishes important status of archives as the service of disclosure of government information which is not only in favor of strengthening the public supervision for the quality of service of government information, but also expands the development of socialized service of archives information. There are both opportunity and challenge for archives on developing the service of disclosure of government information. Since the Regulation on the Disclosure of Government Information implemented two years ago, the service of disclosure of government information for archives has progressed in exploration and achieved preliminary results and social benefit to some extent, such as successive establishment of government information consult center and gradual expanding of the service of disclosure of government information. However, due to the service of disclosure of government information for archives is still in the early stage, whether in theory or in practice, there are much to be summed and quested. Subjected to the traditional consciousness, reserve of talents, imperfect system and so on, there are many problems in the course of developing it for archives, such as simple way of service, poor quality of service, poor social benefit and so on. In order to constantly complete and improve the function of the service of disclosure of government information, and boost the service of disclosure of government information tending to standardization and institutionalization, this article analyze and discusses in depth how to establish sharing mechanism of disclosure of government information for archives, supervision and evaluation, coordination and security and talents team construction that can promote the service of disclosure of government information.
