Abstract


In recent years, E-commerce technology has become very important in domestic and international information systems research. Many enterprises have implemented E-commerce technology successfully to enhance competitiveness, but any enterprises have not implemented successfully. Through the practice verification, the adoption decisions and successful on-line of E-commerce technology just be a prerequisite for it to play its benefit and value, diffusion process decides the value of the system and the results of implementation. Diffusion process is the process in which E-commerce technology is integrated into enterprise business process, this process will be subject to the constraints of internal resources and external environment.As a result, studying influencing factors on the diffusion of E-commerce technology will conduce to reduce project failure rate and achieve the expected goals of the project.By reviewing and analyzing the present research on factors influencing the diffusion of E-commerce technology, this paper identify the influencing factors which affect the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology from Resource-based theory and Institutional Theory, a conceptual model of the relationship between influencing factors and the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology was established. Based on the relevant data of enterprises informationization of Shandong area were collected, conduct an analysis of the reliability, validity, and linear regression analysis to study hypothesis test. It is found that:between IT human resources, commitment, dependence and laws to protect and the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology exist a positive correlation, between competition strength and the level of diffusion of E-commerce technology exist a negative correlation. At last, made analysis and discussions about the study result and the main reason, and pointed out deficiencies of this research and subsequent research prospects.
