Abstract

With the natural gas pipeline industry, natural gas users more and more. Natural gas gathering and transportation process, because the connections between the piping system Mifengbuyan , corrosion perforation , human mismanagement and other factors that may cause gas leaks. Gas leak to the atmosphere , mixed with air to form combustible premixed gas , met ignition source may cause fire or explosion ; does not occur even fire explosion, leakage of natural gas and its associated organisms remain in the atmosphere , in the future than long term effects on human health and the environment may cause adverse effects. So, not only will lead to gas leakage energy loss of materials , resulting in huge economic losses , but also cause fire, explosion , poisoning, injuries and other accidents , serious threat to people's lives and property safety. Therefore, the diffusion of natural gas pipeline leak and explosion numerical simulation of pipeline security operations and security of life and property safety significance. Based on fluid mechanics , thermodynamics, computational mathematics and computer technology, the natural gas pipeline after leak diffusion method and laws of the situation analysis . First, the analysis of the domestic and international aspects of the gas leakage and diffusion of the research status on Jet theoretical analysis to study the basic control of gas flow equations ; Secondly, a natural gas pipeline leak rate model and using MATLAB program to calculate the leak rate ; again, according to the basic theory of hydrodynamics and thermodynamics , the establishment of natural gas leak in the atmosphere after the diffusion model , the application of the finite element method to model discrete solving partial differential equations ; Finally, based on the above model, using computational fluid dynamics simulation software FLUENT for gas leakage diffusion simulation and analysis of wind speed , pressure, leakage aperture and an obstacle changes on diffusion results. This gas leakage and diffusion of numerical simulation results with leaks, diffusion theory consistent , which proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis of the proposed methodology for the gas leak and diffusion research provides an analysis of ideas , analyze the resulting rules natural gas pipeline operation and maintenance of the security of certain guiding significance and reference value.
