Abstract

Pre-Qin period is a era which Chinese learning developed fastly in, relations of names and actualities is a central point which all circles debated,and then logic thinking of rectification of names came into being.Maoism ,espacialy Maoism of later period as a founder who founded a systemic logic thinking in ancient time of china giantly contributed to the development of a systemic logic thinking in ancient time of china.Logic thinking of Mohism began from mo-Tzn,and accessed to the peak of logic thinking in ancient time of china in Mohism of later period.Mo-Tzn actively debated with each philosopher in order to propagandize“universal love”and“condemnation of offensive wars”ideas of theirs.there was a“talking”subject in his courses. We can say that MoDi was the first great thinker who researched logic as a knowledge.In some sense,Mozi shoulde be a logical utilized specialist.But he also prejected many concepts in logic,such as class、cause、principle.three standardes as his epistmology was a method .Mozi utilized many forms of inference,such as deductive inference、indective inference and argument analogy.Mozi paied attation to the law of contracditon and the law of excluded middle.In a word ,though there were many defects in Moism logic In it`s initial stage,MoDi based for later Mohist school to establish a relatively complete logical system.The logical thinking of later Mohist school was collected in Mohist Dialecticians,it was a peak of acient logical thinking of china,became a highest representative of acient logical thinking of china.we can say that Mohist Dialecticians projected generally a theroy matched to western classical logic and there were many thinkings in it ,such as concept、judgement、inference and logical law.It projected many basical notions as name、judgement、deducation、class、cause、principle, then pointed out the goal、action and principle of dialectic,and established“three matter”which was constituted by class、cause and principle;It projected many ways of judgement such as“imitation、supposing”;Deducation matched to inference----knowledge by inference in later Mohism,But they didn`t regarded it as only method to get knowledge,they also found some basic logical law ,for example the law of contracditon and the law of excluded middle and the law of identity.Because of the characteristic of Chinese character and Chinese,the defects of Mohist logic is no formalizition match to Aristoteles` logic and Hetuvidyāof india,It lacked researchs on the form of reference and excessively paied attition to debate specific thesis.It`s logical system was not clear and integrated.But Mohist logic had their merits,they have tried to lead into bariable and make logic formalize,the thesis tried to make comparative research in three classical logic in order to help us evaluate correctly Mohist logic,recognize it`s status on chinese logic and even world logic.
