Abstract


The Uyghur uses a lot of writings in history. For example, the ancient Turkic, he Chagatai .The writing was reformed in 1983. The Uyghur used new writing before 1983 and the previous writing which was corrected based on Arabian.Used in Uyghur minority was the my, will start use letter of alphabet foundation to the mistakes up hereafter for 85 years of the my old writing .So the Uyghur in Xinjiang have two kinds of writings now.Recently, with the rapid development of computer software and hardware technology, the computer has pervaded every corner of our society. Xinjiang is a mufti-national region mainly inhabited by ethnic minorities, and there is a frequent need to use minority scripts .The research on developing a Windows-based multi-script operating platform does not only aim at enriching the theories and methodologies of multi-script platform development technology but it also seeks to make the computerizing of minority language information easier .On the other hand, on-standardized character encoding schemes used for minority-language information processing cause many problems hindering the sharing of minority information resources and slowing the penetration of the Internet. Under such circumstances, developing a highly efficient and intellectualized Uighur Unicode on-line inputting technique and implementing the norms accepted by Unicode for Uyghur encoding have become urgent matters.For the reason of processing the Uyghur on any Windows platform, carrying out the biggest share of the Uyghur information resources, this text gives a kind of converted technique and multi- coding converted technique, carrying out conversion which from the old wring into the new one in the WORD and promote and carry out the standardization of the Uyghur Information System. For carrying out this system, our total design principle and target be: Design and carry out the writing conversion in multi-direction (non-standard old Uyghur writing, the Uyghur new writing, the Unicode Uyghur, the Uyghur Latin writing) .The technique have provided much convenient to the customers and reserve the data that the old system input. This thesis goes deep into the coding method of the new and the old writing of the Uyghur and the Xiler. Based on the method, carried out the writing conversion technique in multi-direction .Not only provide much convenient to the customers but also reserve the data that the old system input. It is important for dealing with the Uyghur by computer.
