Abstract


In wave of information technology revolution, the informationization of government has been accelerating; Office Automation (OA) application system also has made great development. Along with the advance of application, OA system developed toward integration, intelligence, network and distribution, in scale, it changed greatly in structure, function levels and aspects of design and implementation compared with traditional standalone application system.As OA system is concerned, its complexity and flexibility determines the importance of the construction speed and the construction quality in the software architecture. At present in the development of many OA systems, due to lacking of corresponding guidelines, the design of the software architecture is basically from engineering practical angle and the one-sidedness problems is prevalent, which cannot be a good description of OA system, which brings some hidden troubles for the system’s later maintenance and further development. In office automation and fine management, introducing the OA system introducing of component technology and adopting the excellent right software system structure can develop OA systems with good flexibility, generality and reusability and can effectively avoid such problems in OA system as long cycle, repeated investment, adaptability and relatively poor maintainability, etc. Therefore, under this circumstance, this thesis discusses the development of component oriented software, with the software architecture as component of software development and blueprint of assembling, to construct a changing OA system.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the basic concept and basic theories of software system structure and software component, then analyzed the OA system structure and component assembling in detail. In the actual application of combination of office automation and fine management system realization, it demonstrated the availability of using multilevel orthogonal software system structure and component technology for development, and studied the configurations of system structure. Finally, it discussed the design and implementation of the system’s authority management component of J2EE technology. The practice indicates that the hierarchical multistage orthogonal software architecture development based on component of OA system has agility, it can adjust with office business changes to satisfy the demand of users, and meanwhile, it has good expansibility, maintainability and reusability.
