Abstract


Information disclosure system is the product of political democracy and a sound legal system, economic development and technological progress to further promote the development and improvement of the system. April 5, 2007, the State Council promulgated the \But due to a variety of reasons, the effect of the implementation of the government information disclosure system in our country and disappointments role in the design of the system has not been fully manifested.
