Abstract


The martial arts have a long history of valuable non-material and cultural wealth of its content-rich, versatile, has a rich cultural heritage. Martial arts as our outstanding traditional sports, has great vitality today still different form of service to the broad masses of the people, and to promote social development. Martial Arts in the long process of development, form many boxing and genre. These martial arts are often gathered in a relatively stable geographic spread of the regional characteristics of the martial arts, to these boxing called regional traditional martial arts. College students as a relatively high degree of cultural groups, and its own development is about the future of the state and society. Therefore, the introduction of traditional martial arts in PE courses, college students will effectively contribute to the physical and mental health, training college students excellent moral character, foster a sense of national pride and pride of contemporary Chinese college students, to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of the nation. Traditional martial arts in China has a strong mass base, college students by the influence of national culture, deep feelings of the martial arts itself, to establish some understanding on the basis of the traditional martial arts as a lifelong physical exercise means to optimize physical fitness also has an irreplaceable role. Due to the intervention of outside sports and culture, the traditional Chinese martial arts has been a huge impact in the uneven development of schools at all levels, but also makes our martial arts, such as problems in the reality of the development process. This study proposes the introduction of traditional martial arts in PE courses to take advantage of the regional tradition of martial arts in College Teaching Wushu content to carry out aspects of the advantages of rich. In this study, using literature data, the status quo of the questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical reasoning and other martial arts in PE courses in Hebei Province to carry out the investigation. Grasp college Wushu in Hebei Province and Hebei Province regional based on the status of traditional martial arts demonstration University PE Class to carry out the feasibility of regional traditional martial arts, study the following conclusions: 1 Current the Hebei institutes and universities in the martial arts teaching content mainly : 24-style Taijiquan, primary the changquan and junior sword primary routine. 2 Hebei Province have a rich tradition of martial arts resources, a good mass base and culture. 3 college students have a high interest in learning the traditional martial arts. 4 Hebei universities lack the traditional martial arts teachers and traditional martial arts textbooks. 5 employ martial arts teacher and the existing martial arts teacher training is an effective way to address the lack of teachers. 6 College of Hebei Province, opened a regional tradition of martial arts to a certain degree of feasibility.
