Abstract


Steel is a national survival and development of material support, the steel trading business in the steel industry and downstream consumer industries, and is the steel distribution of transfer station, the whole steel industry is an integral part of the chain. Trade and industry is capital-intensive steel industry, the huge demand for funds, by the accumulation of their own steel trade is far from satisfied. Private small and medium micro enterprises accounted for the vast majority of steel trade enterprise, from the capital market financing is almost impossible, except by the people to bear the high cost of external financing can not raise so much money. Therefore, from the steel trade and bank financing has become almost the only way out of corporate finance. Commercial banks on how to innovate in financial products, to support the development of steel trade enterprise, from the steel trade industry is a huge benefit, which is the starting point of this writing.Customer demand gave birth to bank financial product innovation, innovation of financial products is driving force of development of commercial banks Steel trading business characteristics, determines the steel trade enterprise diversification of financial products for banks demand. Private small and medium micro enterprises based steel trading company, its existence does not regulate the internal control, accounting information, reason for poor credit rating, banks provide financial and trade of steel products, in order to prevent risks, companies must be required to provide steel trade guarantee. Therefore, the commercial banks to steel trade enterprise financial product innovation, also based on different security modes of innovation.In this paper, sort out the theory of bank financial products, from the analysis of Shanghai Steel Trade and business characteristics and needs of the banking and financial products start to form G Bank of Shanghai with a survey of financial products steel trade enterprise demand characteristics survey, drawn steel trade corporate demand for bank characteristics and financial products can be provided for these products by way of security, according to the demand characteristics and the way of security, G Bank of Shanghai steel Trade Company has made a financial product innovation. This article focuses on innovative financial products G Bank has done a detailed analysis of the embedded case to study, and finally, for a variety of financial products and make effective assessment and proposed risk prevention measures.
